Our Story

Celo's Meditteranean Bistro is our third local area restaurant. Fast casual dining is a new and exciting concept for us. Brevardian's since 1990 our patriarch Chef Abramo was born in Cairo, Egypt. He relocated to Italy where he trained as a chef and lived for 20 yrs. Those valued experiences and knowledge gained have been essential to our growth and potential in the restaurant industry.
