Our Story

Celo's Shawarma Factory is our third local area restaurant. Fast casual dining is a new and exciting concept for us. Brevardian's since 1990 our patriarch Chef Abramo was born in Cairo, Egypt. He relocated to Italy where he trained as a chef and lived for 20 yrs. Those valued experiences and knowledge gained have been essential to our growth and potential in the restaurant industry.

As second generation restauranteurs having worked alongside our father and visiting Egypt since our childhood, it's given us a much appreciated perspective about its history and traditions and is the basis and inspiration for Celo's. Celo is the nickname of Marcelo the grandson of the chef. Our goal at Celo's is to share these life experiences and culture through the expression of food with our local community.
